Your staff are amazing- they were very helpful with dinner reservations and looked after us when our trip was late. Also once they realised we were using the kitchen facilities they provided us with more cleaning supplies- very thoughtful

It doesn’t feel like a hotel, feels Ike home. The service is fantastic, every single person in the hotel is friendlier than the next. Definitely will repeat the stay. Breakfast was amazing, everything was amazing

Muy contenta con mi estadía en Los Ponchos. El staff sumamente cordial y muy amable. Al regresar de los tours te sentías como en casa. Si vuelvo a Calafate, es el lugar donde me gustaría volver.

La atención a cada detalle es una experiencia en sí misma. Todo el staff es de primera. Al regresar de cualquier excursión a Los Ponchos, te sientes en casa. Espero poder disfrutar de este Hotel nuevamente.

The staff were excellent - very very good. All round the hotel was really good.

The main thing about the hotel is the staff. They are all amazing. We saw Flora more than anybody but all were great. Smiley, friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were excellent, ideally the toilet would be on the same floor as the bed but it was ok.

Lovely staff! Barbara who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was excellent and it was amazing to have it whenever we needed it - which was pretty early both days for us! Wish we had more time to spend on the grounds, the hotel was beautiful and so peaceful.

Everyone with whom we interacted was wonderful. We loved having a delicious dinner and cocktail with beautiful service by Maggie (not completely sure about name) on the night we arrived - we were tired from our trek! We also loved being able to arrange a trip to the glacier with the wonderful woman at the front desk that evening whose name I have forgotten. Everyone treated us so kindly - truly the most important quality of any lodging. We also really appreciated the laundry service. And the Ibis and Lapwing birds on the lawn. Your hotel is a beautiful establishment with exceptionally caring employees. Thank you!

An amazing hotel with exceptional service! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even upgraded our room since a better one was available, and when we had an early flight, they graciously served us breakfast at 5:30 AM. The hotel itself is beautiful, small, intimate, and full of charm. Truly a fantastic experience!
