The main thing about the hotel is the staff. They are all amazing. We saw Flora more than anybody but all were great. Smiley, friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were excellent, ideally the toilet would be on the same floor as the bed but it was ok.

Everyone with whom we interacted was wonderful. We loved having a delicious dinner and cocktail with beautiful service by Maggie (not completely sure about name) on the night we arrived - we were tired from our trek! We also loved being able to arrange a trip to the glacier with the wonderful woman at the front desk that evening whose name I have forgotten. Everyone treated us so kindly - truly the most important quality of any lodging. We also really appreciated the laundry service. And the Ibis and Lapwing birds on the lawn. Your hotel is a beautiful establishment with exceptionally caring employees. Thank you!

An amazing hotel with exceptional service! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even upgraded our room since a better one was available, and when we had an early flight, they graciously served us breakfast at 5:30 AM. The hotel itself is beautiful, small, intimate, and full of charm. Truly a fantastic experience!

When I stepped into the Los Ponchos, relief and calm swept over me. The boutique hotel is charming, beautiful, streaming with lovely light, smelling like fresh lavender and herbs. Every sense is taken into consideration and cared for. From the front desk, Barbara to the suitcase/heater service, Manuel, the staff is dedicated, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. Our breakfast was amazing, served on heirloom china, delivered with thoughtfulness, and every bite delicious. I can't thank the Hotel enough for our stay. I wish I could live there! It is a gift to have found.
